8.45 – 9.45 am PT / 11.45 am – 12.25 pm ET
Pranayama is the art and science of breath. With experience in Asana the natural progression is to explore the subtleties and rhythms of the breath through techniques to both in elongate inhalations, exhalations, and eventually retain the breath.
Pranayama keep the body and mind healthy, producing energy and distributing that vital energy through the body. It increases lung capacity and fresh blood through the body, enhances your respiratory system, strengthens the circulatory system and nervous systems, and aids in digestion and elimination.
The practice of Pranayama will help you navigate through the complexities of life. And now more than ever, we need to learn how breathe can support our body, mind, and spirit. When the breath is regulated, you can find grace in your consciousness.
